Ready Friend LLC is a nonmedical personal home care business founded by Jazzy Wright, a registered nurse with a passion for helping people remain comfortable and connected in their own homes. Serving the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan area, Ready Friend provides compassionate support designed around each individual’s daily needs, preferences, and routines.
At Ready Friend LLC, we believe quality care goes beyond completing daily tasks—it means building meaningful connections and supporting overall well-being. Jazzy’s master’s project, “Improving Diabetes Control, Self-Efficacy, and Adherence Through Shared Medical Visits,” explored the impact of social groups on diabetes management and reflects her belief in the importance of connection, encouragement, and community. Our goal is to help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while staying surrounded by the people and places they call home.
Our Services
Companion Care
Our companion care services are designed to provide meaningful social connection and practical support throughout the day. Services include one-on-one socialization and entertainment, group excursions, emotional and wellness support, meal preparation, laundry, errands, light housekeeping, transportation to and from appointments, medication organization and reminders, and appointment reminders.
Personal Care
We provide respectful, person-centered assistance with essential activities of daily living while prioritizing comfort and dignity. Personal care services include bathing and showering, dressing and grooming, toileting and incontinence care, eating and feeding assistance, transferring, mobility assistance, and fall prevention support.
Everyday Support & Wellness
Ready Friend LLC helps clients stay engaged, organized, and supported in the routines that matter most to them. From transportation and appointment support to companionship, wellness encouragement, and assistance around the home, our services are tailored to help clients live safely and comfortably while maintaining as much independence as possible.
